We currently ship within Ireland.
Delivery options

Orders placed before 14:00 (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays are processed the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
If you'd like us to ship to your country, get in touch at contact@leeloise.com — we are expanding gradually.
Returns
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for any reason.
How to return an item
- Email contact@leeloise.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number.
- You'll receive return instructions and the address.
- Pack the item securely (unworn, with original tags) and post it back to us. Return shipping is at your cost; we recommend using a tracked service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund you within 5 working days. Allow up to a further 5 days for your bank to process it.

Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping — at our expense.
